Are operators included in the rental price?
No, all our rates are for "bare rentals." You are required to provide your own certified, experienced, and fully insured operators for all machinery deployed from our yard.
Do you handle site delivery and pickup?
Yes, we offer heavy-haul delivery and pickup services. An additional freight fee applies, calculated based on the distance between our depot and your project site.
What happens if a machine breaks down on site?
Downtime costs you money. We provide fast-response field service mechanics. If a machine cannot be repaired quickly on-site, we will dispatch a replacement unit to keep you moving.
What are your insurance requirements?
All renters must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that strictly names TowerMetrics as an additional insured and loss payee party before any equipment is permitted to leave our facility.
